Prof. Maode Ma, a Fellow of IET, received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1999. Now, Prof. Ma is a Research Professor in the College of Engineering at Qatar University in Qatar. Before joining Qatar University, he has been a faculty member at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore for over 20 years. He has extensive research interests including network security and wireless networking. He has led 26 research projects funded by government, industry, military, and universities in various countries. He has supervised 25 research students to get their Ph. D degrees. He has been a conference chair, technical symposium chair, tutorial chair, publication chair, publicity chair, and session chair for over 100 international conferences. He has been a member of the technical program committees for more than 200 international conferences. Prof. Ma has more than 500 international academic publications including over 250 journal papers and about 250 conference papers. He has edited a few technical books and produced over 28 book chapters. His publication has received over 10,000 citations in Google Scholar. He has delivered over 90 keynote speeches and 10 tutorials at various international conferences. Prof. Ma currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Computer and Communication Engineering and the Journal of Communications. He also serves as a Senior Editor for IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials, and an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing and International Journal of Communication Systems. Prof. Ma is a senior member of the IEEE Communication Society and a member of ACM. He is now the Chair of the ACM, Singapore Chapter. He has been serving as an IEEE Communication Society Distinguished Lecturer from 2013 to 2016 and from 2023 to 2024.

Sudeep Tanwar is currently a Professor with the Computer Science and Engineering Department, Institute of Technology, Nirma University, India. He is also a Visiting Professor with Jan Wyzykowski University, Polkowice, Poland, and the University of Piteşti, Piteşti, Romania. He also leads the ST Research Laboratory, where group members work on the latest cutting-edge technologies. He has authored two books and edited 13 books and more than 400 technical papers, including top journals and top conferences, such as IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Wireless Communications, IEEE Network, ICC, GLOBECOM, and INFOCOM. He initiated the research field of blockchain technology adoption in various verticals in 2017. His H-index is 75. His research interests include blockchain technology, wireless sensor networks, fog computing, smart grids, and the IoT. He is a Senior Member of CSI, IAENG, ISTE, and CSTA, and a member of the Technical Committee on Tactile Internet of the IEEE Communication Society. He has been awarded the Best Research Paper Awards from IEEE IWCMC-2021, IEEE GLOBECOM 2018, IEEE ICC 2019, and Springer ICRIC-2019. He has served many international conferences, such as the Publication Chair for FTNCT-2020, ICCIC 2020, and WiMob2019, a member of the Advisory Board for ICACCT-2021 and ICACI 2020, the Workshop Co-Chair for CIS 2021, and the General Chair for IC4S 2019 and 2020 and ICCSDF 2020. He is also serving on the editorial boards of Computer Communications, International Journal of Communication Systems, and Security and Privacy.

Wanyang Dai is a Distinguished Professor in Nanjing University, Chief Scientist in Su Xia Control Technology. He is the President & CEO of International (Blockchain & Quantum-Computing) SIR Forum, Director of Jiangsu BigData-Blockchain and Smart Information Special Committee, Supervisor Board Chairman of Jiangsu Applied Statistics Society, (past and currently honorable) President of Jiangsu Probability and Statistics Society. He received his Ph.D. in mathematics and systems & industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in USA. He was an MTS and principal investigator in U.S. based AT&T Bell Labs (currently Nokia Bell Labs) with some project won “Technology Transfer” now called big model smart AI agents cloud system. He holds one “Invention Patent”. He published numerous influential papers in big name journals including Journal of Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Probability in the Engineering and Informational Sciences, Quantum Information Processing, Operations Research, Operational Research, Queueing Systems, Computers & Mathematics with Applications, Communications in Mathematical Sciences, Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics, Mathematical and Computer Modelling of Dynamical Systems. He received various academic awards and has presented over 80 keynote/plenary speeches in IEEE/ACM, power and energy system, big data and cloud computing, artificial intelligence and robot, quantum computing and communication technology, computational and applied mathematics, biomedical engineering, mathematics & statistics, and other international conferences. He has been serving as IEEE/ACM conference chairs, editors-in-chief and editorial board members for various international journals ranging from artificial intelligence, quantum computing, machine learning, data science, wireless communication, pure mathematics & statistics to their applications. He is an Editor of AIMS Mathematics, the Guest Editor of MDPI Mathematics Special Issue of Probability Statistics, a Guest Editor of (Springer Journal) Mobile Networks and Applications, an Associate Editor of (Elsevier Journal) Results in Applied Mathematics, and an Associate Editor of Quantum Research.

Prof. Jingjing Cui was a Research Fellow with the School of Electronics and Computer Science, University of Southampton, U.K., and a Research Assistant with the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary University of London, U.K., from 2018 to 2022. Her research interests include classical and quantum optimization theory and algorithm design, machine learning for wireless networks, and quantum communications. She has also served as a TPC Member for IEEE conferences, such as ICC and IEEE GLOBECOM. She received the Exemplary Reviewer of IEEE Transactions on Communications in 2019 and IEEE Communication Letters in 2018.
